Jennifer Onyszczak's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked as a Customer Implementation Specialist at NCR Corporation, where they were responsible for accurate order booking and backlog maintenance. Jennifer then joined BT Conferencing in 2004 as an Inside Sales Manager, where their primary objective was to establish and maintain customer relationships and increase contract capture to increase revenue sales.
In 2010, Jennifer moved to AVI-SPL, where they held multiple roles. As an UnifyME Service Specialist, they pursued and increased maintenance contract renewals for AV and video systems. Jennifer also served as a Customer Care Expert, supporting over 150 salespeople by preparing pricing and training the sales organization on AVI-SPL's offerings. Additionally, they worked as an Account Manager SLED, providing video communications and collaboration solutions to a global client base.
From 2015 to 2017, Jennifer worked as a System Sales Representative at AVI Systems, where they integrated and serviced various audiovisual products. Jennifer then joined Herman AV Group in 2017 as a Regional Sales Manager, where they developed strategic partnerships with customers and improved operational efficiency in the procurement and management of project materials.
Most recently, Jennifer joined Draper, Inc. in 2021 as a Regional Sales Manager. Jennifer supports the North America market through authorized dealers and distributors, promoting Draper's audiovisual and solar control products. Jennifer then took on the role of Regional Sales Manager Midwest, where they delivered innovative solutions to match unique customer needs.
Throughout their career, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated expertise in sales and business development in the audiovisual industry.
Jennifer Onyszczak attended Wright State University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Services (MIS).
