Asit Shankar is a seasoned professional in the field of IC design with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Principal IC Design Engineer at Draper since April 2022, Asit previously held roles at Analog Devices as a Senior Design Engineer, where contributions included the development of ultra-low noise operational amplifiers and advancements in transimpedance amplifiers and Non-Volatile Memory IP. Earlier experience at Linear Technology involved high-performance signal conditioning ICs, and a tenure at Texas Instruments focused on analog and mixed signal designs for audio amplifier chipsets and imaging applications. Asit began the career journey as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University, following a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University.
