Jennifer Santos

Jennifer Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and defense policy. Currently serving as the VP and Chief Strategy Officer at Draper since March 2021, Jennifer also holds the position of PPBE Commissioner for the PPBE Reform Commission. Previously, Jennifer has worked as the Naval R&D Investment Executive at the United States Department of the Navy, and as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Policy at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Other notable roles include Vice President of Air Force and DoD Innovation at Cypress International, Inc., and Professional Staff Member for the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee. Jennifer's career began with the United States Air Force, where extensive responsibilities included planning and liaising for classified programs. Educationally, Jennifer holds an MBA in Aerospace from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BS in Mathematics from Wheeling University.
