  • Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and external vendors to ensure the timely availability of critical equipment and test devices for mining operations across various regions.
  • Optimize the use of pilot plants and other resources globally and ensure regional teams are aligned to achieve maximum efficiency and program adherence.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify and mitigate global program risks, especially those related to technical challenges such as pilot plant capacity or issues in the leach process.
  • Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans to address potential delays, resource shortages, or operational issues at both global and regional levels.
  • Ensure that regional deviations or issues are escalated appropriately to the global team and resolved in a timely manner.

Program Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Provide regular global program updates to senior leadership, customers, and stakeholders, including schedule, budget, and resource utilization reports for each region.
  • Ensure that regional project schedules are updated regularly by the regional project schedulers, reflecting real-time progress and necessary adjustments to the global roadmap.

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:

  • Promote continuous improvement of global project management processes, especially in areas related to mining operations such as the leach process.
  • Implement best practices in global program management, including risk management, resource optimization, and scheduling across multiple regions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in mining technologies and processes, integrating these into global program execution where applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:
