Jeremy Hauser

Jeremy Hauser is a seasoned payroll and operations professional with extensive experience in various roles within the payroll sector. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Drata since May 2023, Jeremy previously held multiple positions at Gusto from July 2014 to February 2023, including Product Operations Manager for Payroll, where responsibilities involved serving as a technical liaison and team management. Additionally, Jeremy played a key role in developing the Benefits Transfers experience and leading the Tax Operations team. Before Gusto, Jeremy gained significant experience at Paychex in several supervisory roles, overseeing customer service and payroll implementation for a large client base. Jeremy's early career included positions in financial management and customer service, notably with MHC Culinary Group and Mr. Movies. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Lean Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University.
