Lindsay Barr has been in the brewing industry since 2009, beginning with a Gluten-Free Beer Researcher role at the University of California, Davis. In 2010, they took on a Brewing Group Manager Intern role at Anheuser-Busch InBev. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Sensory Specialist at New Belgium Brewing Company, and from 2013 to 2016, they were the Sensory Subcommittee Chair at the American Society of Brewing Chemists. In 2019, they returned to the University of California, Davis as an Educator for the Master Brewers Sensory Course. Lindsay currently serves as the CSO & Founding Partner of DraughtLab.
Lindsay Barr has a Masters degree in Food Science from the University of California, Davis and a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of New Mexico.
