Vamsee Tirukkala

Vamsee Tirukkala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and talent intelligence. As Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Draup since March 2017, Vamsee focuses on delivering knowledge in sales and talent domains through machine learning and human curation. Vamsee also serves as Co-Founder and Board Member at Zinnov, a management consulting firm that specializes in globalization advisory and market expansion for Fortune 1000 companies. Additionally, Vamsee co-founded Talent Neuron, an enterprise-grade talent intelligence platform, which was later acquired by CEB/Gartner. Previous roles include Senior Director and Advisory Leader at CEB, overseeing the TalentNeuron platform, and a research team member at Centric Software. Vamsee holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Government College of Engineering, Salem.
