Shona Martin

Shona Martin (née McRae) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at The LCap Group since August 2024. Prior to this role, Shona held the position of HR Business Partner at Get Living from March 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities included aligning HR priorities with business strategy and managing complex employee relations cases. Shona's earlier experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at London Business School from February 2016 to March 2020 and working as a Recruitment Consultant at Full Circle Recruitment Ltd from July 2013 to January 2016. An alumnus of the University of Dundee with a degree in Zoology, Shona is currently pursuing CIPD qualifications in People Management and Employment Law and has also obtained qualifications from the British Psychological Society in psychometric assessments.
