Previously, Victoria held significant leadership roles including General Manager of the Attractions Division at Dubai Holding and General Manager at Meraas, overseeing a portfolio that includes major attractions such as Coca Cola Arena and Ain Dubai. Victoria's earlier career includes key positions at DXB Entertainments, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, and Farah Experiences LLC, where responsibilities ranged from park operations to strategic development. Victoria holds an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Northampton and has extensive expertise in training and quality management through roles at Jumeirah Group and Wild Wadi Water Park.
