Jainam Shah

Jainam Shah is an accomplished Company Secretary with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Currently serving as Company Secretary at DRC Systems since December 2020, Jainam previously worked as Assistant Company Secretary at Infibeam from April 2016 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing SEBI compliances. Jainam began the professional career as a Trainee at Kashyapmehta & Associates from September 2014 to April 2016. Jainam holds a Company Secretary certification obtained from ICSI between 2011 and 2014, along with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from GLS completed in 2017.
