Poonam Chauhan

Poonam Chauhan has extensive experience in business development and the e-learning industry. Poonam is currently the Head of Business Development at DRC Systems, where they are responsible for driving growth and innovation in the Open edX domain. Poonam'srole includes developing and executing strategic plans, forging partnerships, and expanding market presence within the e-learning and Open edX ecosystem.

Prior to their current role, Poonam worked as an Independent Consultant from July 2022 to July 2023. Before that, they served as the Global Customer Success Manager at VTeamLabs LLC from August 2020 to July 2022, where they utilized client usage and industry metrics to drive customer success and adoption.

Poonam's earlier work experience includes working at DRC Systems as a Business Development Manager from August 2012 to August 2020. In this role, they were responsible for providing Open edX development services and engaging with various clients to set up the Open edX LMS System. Poonam also worked as a Business Development Executive at TPO India, a placement portal, where they generated leads and assisted companies in their recruitment activities. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Business Development cum HR Executive, handling recruitment, post-recruitment processes, employee relations, and leaves management.
