Violeta Samardzic B. Eng, LEED AP, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Dream since August 2021, Violeta previously held key roles including Senior Project Advisor at the Senate of Canada and Consulting Project Manager at Public Services and Procurement Canada. Violeta has a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing complex project documentation, and ensuring quality control across various high-value projects, such as the $800M BORR and the $150M Queen’s University (LEED). Violeta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Management from Carleton University.
