Arlyn Tobias

Arlyn Tobias has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Marine Personnel/Planner at Philippines Transmarine Carriers in 2008, where they were responsible for preparing crew documents and updating crew information in the in-house system. From 2009 to 2014, Arlyn worked as a Crewing Supervisor/Documentation Assistant at Sealanes Marine Services, Inc./Manpower Resources of Asia, Inc., handling tasks such as preparing documents for accreditation, communicating with clients regarding crew status, and coordinating crew mobilization. In 2015, they joined Granite Services, Inc. as a Field Service Coordinator, where they assisted in setting up job placements and handled email communications relating to employee mobilization and business trips. Arlyn then worked at Trans-global Maritime Agency in 2021 as a Processing Officer, before joining Dream House Realty as a Sales Director later that year. Currently, Arlyn is employed at Carnival Cruise Line, where they have held various roles including Administrative Support, Hotel Onboarding Coordinator, and Recruiter.

Arlyn Tobias obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Banking and Finance from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
