Rachel Pierce

Rachel Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Rachel currently holds the role of Chief People Officer at Dream.Org, where they are a member of the C-Suite and oversees the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of People & Culture at the same company. Rachel also has experience as a Founding Partner at a Diversified Consulting Firm, where they provided strategic human resource consultation and served as a leadership coach. Before that, they worked as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Favor Delivery, where they created a framework for DEI and consulted with various departments. Rachel has also held roles such as Territory Manager at J.R. Simplot Company, Territory Sales Manager at AUI Fine Foods, and Market Account Manager at Gratafy. Rachel started their career as a Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Rachel Pierce attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English.
