Nereus Gomes has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service Operations at Dream11 since September 2012, with a history of progressive roles including Director of Customer Service Training and Senior Manager of Customer Success. Prior to Dream11, Nereus worked at WNS Global Services as a Senior Customer Service Representative and held positions at TRADEX SHIPPING COMPANY and INTEGREON MANAGED SOLUTIONS LIMITED, starting as a Junior Delivery Associate. Nereus holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Shri Madhavji Lall Welfare & Educational Trusts Lords College of Law and has completed HSC in Science from St. Mary's Junior College and SSC from Holy Cross High School.
