Shama Mehra

Shama Mehra is an experienced professional with a strong background in training and capability development. Currently serving as the Director of Training at Dream11 since October 2021, Shama previously held multiple roles at Vodafone Idea Limited from September 2018 to October 2021, including GM of Retail, R&R & Capability and Lead of Content Development & Learning Experience. Prior experience includes serving as the National Lead of Training Deployment & Governance and Assistant General Manager at Idea Cellular Ltd from April 2011 to September 2018. Shama Mehra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from St. Xavier's College, completing the program from 1995 to 2000.
