Matt Hymers

Matt Hymers is a versatile professional with extensive experience in sports, digital innovation, and business development. Currently serving as Fan in Residence at The RugbyDAO since May 2023, Hymers contributes to shaping the future of rugby through community engagement and blockchain technology. As CEO and Co-Founder of Connected Fanatics since November 2018, Hymers leads a platform focused on creating connected experiences across sports and merchandise. Additionally, Hymers co-founded Goald, a social media app promoting sports engagement, and serves as Founder of HYMERS & COMPANY AB, which develops innovative products and brands. Recent roles include Interim Managing Director at Flowin®, overseeing digital transformation, and previous positions at DIGITAL INNOVATION and adidas, where Hymers led various successful projects in product marketing and digital strategies. Education includes a BA from the University of Sydney and an MSc from Loughborough University in Sport Management.
