Denise Emmanuel

Denise Emmanuel has extensive experience in finance and corporate development. Denise is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Dreamfarm since 2023. Prior to this, Denise worked at Ovid Advisory Ltd as the Director of Corporate Development (M&A) from 2014 to 2022, where they specialized in advising and delivering growth for SMEs and corporates through successful M&A transactions. Denise also worked as a Non-Executive Director at Flexipol Packaging Limited from 2016 to 2019, where they were responsible for project managing the execution and integration of a deal for Synnovia. Denise was also employed at Synnovia as a Corporate Development (M&A) Specialist from 2014 to 2019, leading end-to-end M&A and delivering strategic initiative advice. Prior to that, they worked at Livingbridge as an Investment Director from 2010 to 2014, originating and executing deals nationwide. Denise also held the role of Associate Director at Spirit Capital from 2006 to 2010, originating and executing deals within the UK. Denise began their career at Deloitte UK as a Manager in Corporate Finance Transaction Services from 2005 to 2006.

Denise Emmanuel completed their high school education at St Margarets Anglican Girls School. Denise then went on to pursue a CA degree in Accounting and Finance from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand between 2002 and 2004. Denise later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from The University of Queensland. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner from SPOCE Project Management Ltd.
