Michael Phipps is a seasoned professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as the Cofounder and President of Enhatch since January 2012, where the focus is on leveraging technology to streamline the design and delivery of patient-specific medical devices. With extensive experience in product development, Phipps has held various leadership roles, including Cofounder and Chief R&D Officer, overseeing the creation of innovative AI/ML solutions for medical applications. Prior to Enhatch, Phipps held engineering positions at companies such as Tornier and Stryker Orthopaedics, contributing to the development of surgical implants and orthopedic products. Phipps holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, completed in 2004.
