Amber Kani is the Director of Communications at DreamSpring. Amber has over ten years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on community reinvestment and development. Amber has a proven track record of success in fundraising, event planning, grant writing, and public relations. Amber has a passion for helping others and believes that everyone deserves access to quality financial education and resources. Amber is a skilled communicator and has a strong ability to build relationships with others. Amber is a strategic thinker and an excellent problem solver. Amber is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Amber Kani has a Master's Degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, a Bachelor's Degree in Government/Theirtory with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, and various certifications from Cornell University, the Clinton Global Initiative, Leadership Austin, NeighborWorks America, and Georgetown University (Engalitcheff Institute).

Amber Kani reports to Anne Haines, President & CEO. They work with Marco Macias - Underwriting Lead, Marisa Barrera - Chief Impact Officer, and Jessie Cardenas - Portfolio Quality Lead.
