Nikhila Shanker

Nikhila Shanker has a diverse work experience in human resources and employee support roles. Nikhila currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Dren Bio, Inc., where they provide HR support to leaders and managers on key people issues and develops solutions to drive organizational objectives. Before that, they worked at Fungible, Inc. as a Manager of HR and Recruiting, overseeing daily HR operations for over 200 employees. Prior to that, they served as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Samsung Electronics, supporting a large number of employees across different locations. In addition, Nikhila has experience as an HR Coordinator at Samsung Telecommunications America and Oracle, and as a Coordinator at Nutanix. Nikhila'sroles involved various HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefit plans management, onboarding, and employee relations.

Nikhila Shanker completed their education at the University of Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from 1998 to 2001. Nikhila further pursued their studies at the same university and received a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2019.
