Marbella Ramírez Chihu

Marbella Ramírez Chihu has been working in the field of technology and communication since 2012. Marbella began their career as an IT Consultant and Recruiter at Dresden Partners, where they were responsible for providing integral services of IT, software factory, outsourcing and recruitment and selection of personnel, as well as technical support. In 2018, they moved to Procuraduría Federal de la Defensa del Trabajo (Profedet) as a Communications Social Coordinator, where they were tasked with positioning the institution in all media outlets as a protector of workers' rights. In this role, they also designed internal and digital models to improve communication, created and launched advertising campaigns on radio and television, and coordinated events, interviews and press conferences. In 2019, they returned to Dresden Partners as a Business Development Manager.

Marbella Ramírez Chihu attended the Universidad de las Américas Ciudad de México from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a Lic. en Psicología Organizacional.
