Kiranjit (Kran) Kullar has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and people management. Kiranjit (Kran) is currently the Head of People at DREST, where they are responsible for building the People, Culture & Talent Acquisition strategy for a VC backed web3 & metaverse mobile game. Prior to this, they held a similar position at Freeda Media, where they established the people function and overall organizational design from scratch. Kiranjit (Kran) Kullar completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology with Sociology at Nottingham Trent University from 2009 to 2012. Following that, from 2014 to 2015, Kran attended Reed Business School and obtained a degree called CIPD in Human Resources Management and Services.
