Eileen O'Toole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in foodservice management and training. Currently serving as the Manager of Foodservice at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream since September 2020, Eileen has previously held key roles including Director of Training and Operations at Haagen-Dazs Shop Company, where responsibilities included leading an operations team and designing educational programs. Eileen’s career also includes management positions at Einstein Bros Bagels and Leeann Chin, Inc., along with teaching experience at Kirkwood Community College. Eileen holds a Master's degree in Teaching from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College, along with additional certifications in change management.
