Edward L. Hyland

With over 24 combined years of Real Estate and Residential Property Management experience, Edward L. Hyland’s career began in Wilmington, NC. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BS in Business Management, he began work as a Realtor, GRI, for a large national Real Estate brokerage firm. In 2002, he relocated to Maryland to pursue a career in Residential Property Management and held positions of Senior Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and currently Regional Property Manager.

Mr. Hyland has been a Regional Manager for Dreyfuss Management since June 2013. He is responsible for numerous conventional residential apartment and condominium communities located in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Operational duties include financial reporting, budgeting, bidding-out and managing capital expenditure projects and leading a team of highly skilled community professionals.
