F-35a Contract Instructor Pilot at DRG

Scott Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the military and defense industry. Scott currently works as an F-35A Contract Instructor Pilot at Delaware Resource Group. Prior to that, they served in the United States Air Force as the Wing Chief of Flight Safety, where they supervised flight safety programs and advised the Wing Commander on flight safety for multiple fighter squadrons. Additionally, they worked as an F-35 Liaison Officer, responsible for the beddown of F-35 aircraft across Europe, and as the Director of Operations for the 493d Fighter Squadron in Europe. Scott also held the position of Chief Evaluator in the US Air Force and worked as an Air Advisor to the Royal Saudi Air Force, providing support for combat missions and pilot development. Overall, Scott Taylor has demonstrated their expertise in flight safety, operations management, and international partnerships in the defense industry.

Scott Taylor graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2007, they obtained the certification of Instructor Pilot from the United States Air Force. Additionally, in June 2019, Scott Taylor obtained the TS/SCI certification from the United States Air Force.
