Marc Reinhart Stager

Marc Reinhart Stager currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Driessen Catering Equipment since November 2023. Previously, Stager held leadership roles at Schaeffler from October 2019 to November 2023, including Director of Program Management & Quality, and Sr. IE-Manager at Schaeffler Manufacturing Thailand from June 2017 to October 2019. Stager began a career at Schaeffler AG, progressing from CNC Machinist and Apprentice between September 2003 and September 2009 to various positions such as IE Manager, Lean Specialist, and Lean Facilitator until February 2016. Additionally, Stager worked as a Lean Consultant at Shoetown Group from April 2016 to April 2017 and served as Private First Class in the Bundeswehr from June 2008 to March 2009. Education includes a degree as Staatlich geprüfter Maschinenbautechniker in Maschinenbau from Staatliche Technikerschule Erlangen between 2009 and 2011.
