Jessi Thompson

Jessi Thompson has a strong background in event management and hospitality, with experience in various managerial roles. Jessi is currently working as the Director of Events and Event Sales at Driftwood Hospitality Management since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from July 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Event Planning Manager from March 2018 to July 2021 and as an Event Planning Manager from January 2017 to March 2018 at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Front Office Manager at Destination Hotels from July 2007 to January 2017. Jessi also worked at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company, as a Leisure Reservations Manager from October 2004 to July 2007 and as a Reservations Manager from October 2002 to October 2004.

Jessi Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Development and Management from Arizona State University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Notary Public Commission from Maricopa County in December.
