Luca Cirmi

Luca Cirmi is a seasoned Corporate Operations Project Manager with extensive experience at Drillmec since June 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing the performance of After Sales and Customer Services Operations, managing budgets, schedules, and profitability of major projects, and facilitating operations integration following mergers and acquisitions. Previous roles encompass Production Manager, where Lean Manufacturing methods were applied for continuous improvement and safety was prioritized with zero injuries over 24 months, as well as Workshop Manager and Innovation Project Leader focused on optimizing production processes. Prior to Drillmec, Luca Cirmi was an entrepreneur and sales coordinator at Music Land, specializing in sales and rental of musical instruments. Luca Cirmi holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Università degli Studi di Parma, respectively, along with an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi.
