Frank Attar

Frank Attar is an experienced professional in the oilfield services and industrial sectors, currently serving as President of Drillwell Energy Services since June 2012, where the company specializes in completions and workover fluids, acidizing, and well stimulation in South and West Texas. In addition, Frank Attar has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at StreamTech Industrial since October 2020, providing environmental, repair, and maintenance services to industrial facilities. As Executive Vice President of Clearwell since November 2014, Frank Attar contributes to the development of production chemicals and related services in the same regions. Prior experience includes working as a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger from January 2008 to January 2010. Frank Attar holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
