Tracy Kasin

Tracy Kasin is an experienced human resources professional with over 15 years of leadership in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as VP of People Operations and Talent at Hint Inc. since October 2017, Tracy has successfully built HR and employee engagement programs, compliance systems, and strategic solutions that enhance workforce performance and employee experience. Prior roles include Executive Director (Interim) at Lubin Olson Niewiadomski LLP, and Human Resource Business Partner at Mighty Leaf Tea, where key accomplishments included a comprehensive recruitment strategy and significant cost-saving initiatives. Tracy also held various positions in administration and project management in earlier career roles at Free Flow Wines, Discus Dental, Capital Access Group, Vintrust, LLC, and One World Partners. Tracy Kasin earned a BA in Sociology from UCLA.
