Tom Dart, MBA

Tom Dart, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom started their career as a Reliability Engineer Intern at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where they led a project to find and inspect variable pipe supports. Tom then worked as a Research Assistant at the US Army Corps of Engineers, where they conducted research to develop energy optimization software for campuses.

After that, Tom joined Littelfuse as a Product Design Engineer, managing two OEM projects and working on various process and product design projects. Tom then moved to Starfire Industries as an R&D Engineer, supporting research and development for a neutron generator project. Tom significantly improved the system's sustainability and D+ atomic fraction.

Following this, Tom worked at Schneider Electric as a Mechanical Engineer, designing and building units for customers in the custom rack systems division. Tom then joined TerraSource Global as an Engineer II, where they applied knowledge of equipment offering to customer needs and managed capital projects.

Tom's next role was as a Product Manager at Emerson, where they were responsible for managing a product and its development. Tom co-founded DRIPTEK, a company focused on a specific product. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager at COPELAND.

Tom Dart earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2019-2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2009-2013. Additionally, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Lund University in 2011.
