Shaifali Jain

Shaifali Jain is a law content writer at Drishti IAS since January 2023, with prior experience as a para legal volunteer at the Delhi State Legal Services Authority from September 2019 to September 2022. Shaifali has also served as a legal intern at multiple organizations, including JUS Law Offices, where assistance involved drafting petitions under various legal sections and research on insolvency law. Additional internships included work with Aishwarya Bhati, focusing on environmental law and the NDPS Act, and AM Legal Services, with research on the Evidence Act and IPC. Participation in the DUSU Legal Cell and various legal internships facilitated familiarity with legal procedures and case briefings. Shaifali holds an LLB from Delhi University, completed in 2022, and a BCom (Hons) from the same institution, earned in 2018.
