Serena Ford

Serena Ford has held various roles in the past six years. In 2016, they began working at BOC South Pacific as a Pricing and Contracts Specialist, where they provided assistance to the Director of Healthcare Australia with the development, implementation and management of sustainable and profitable projects for 2021. Serena also processed confidential documents and invoices with care and accuracy, maintained the establishment of more sustainable pricing structures and pricing solutions, established improved processes for expiring contracts and pricing, established methods to enable tracking, notification and finalisation of required pricing deals, and supported in the establishment and management of contracts and pricing structures for sustainable and accurate price management. In addition, they performed pricing analysis where required. Serena was later promoted to Commercial Team Manager and Customer Service Officer. In 2022, they began working at DriveYello as an Operations Coordinator.

Serena Ford completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management at TAFE NSW in 2017, with a focus on Management.
