Michele Sher has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles within the retail merchandising and client services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Driveline Retail Merchandising since 2006, Michele drives revenue and ROI while overseeing organizational design and team management across multiple U.S. offices. Prior experience includes the position of EVP/Chief Operating Officer, managing field operations and supporting substantial revenue growth at Driveline. Michele also held the role of Vice President of Field Operations & Client Services at Archway Merchandising Services, where a successful reorganization and the introduction of a web-enabled communications platform enhanced operational efficiency. Earlier roles included Vice President of Client Services at Service Advantage, where Michele significantly increased revenue, and various positions in client services at Kelly Services and Marketing Force. Michele holds a BBS in Management from Walsh College.
