Carl W.

Carl W. has had an extensive career in the information technology field. Carl began their career in 1993 as a Computer Systems Operator for the US Air Force. In 1996, they were a Computer Systems Journeyman for the Wisconsin Air National Guard. From 1999 to 2000, they were a Software Developer for Ambit Technology, where they had expertise in Visual Basic, Java, C++, Cold Fusion, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML. From 2000 to 2011, they were with Mercury Marine, where they held roles as a Technical Specialist - Global R&D Systems Architecture, Manager, Engineering Information Systems, and Systems Analyst. During their time at Mercury Marine, they developed and supported the Product Development and Engineering Intranet Website, and Client/Server applications. From 2011 to 2017, they were the IoT Platform Leader - Connected Appliances, Global Information Systems at Whirlpool Corporation. In 2017, they became the Managing Partner and Co-founder of DRIVEN-4, where they provide executive leadership for the Information Technology and Products and Services organizations, and expertise for delivering Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Internet of Things (IoT), and Cyber Security Products and Services.

Carl W. graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Richland in 1998 with an Associates degree in General Studies. Carl then attended the University of Phoenix, where they earned a BS in Information Technology in 2003 and an MS in Computer Information Systems in 2005.
