Fabio Dutra

Fabio Dutra has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fabio started their career as the Manager of Products at Banco Santander in 1999 and then moved on to become the Manager of Database Marketing at Bellsouth Telecom. After that, Fabio worked as the CRM Superintendent at Banco1.net, where they were responsible for the areas of Products, Call Center, Marketing, and Internet.

In 2005, Fabio joined Itaú Unibanco as the Executive Superintendent, overseeing the sales strategy and customer relationships for the group's individual and small to medium-sized business clients. Fabio also played a strategic role in promoting sales and managing relationships with customers through various subsidiaries, such as Fininvest, Unicard, and the Vehicle Finance department.

Following their time at Itaú Unibanco, Fabio founded and served as the Executive Director at Olhadela Interativo, a consultancy specializing in strategic customer management. Fabio co-founded the company and contributed to all aspects of the customer relationship cycle, from attraction to reconquering. Fabio's focus was on understanding clients' needs, extending the relationship lifecycle, and scaling business growth potential through optimized solutions.

In 2015, Fabio joined PayU as the Director of Marketing and New Business for Brazil. PayU is a leading online payment platform in Latin America, processing over USD 2 billion and serving over 20,000 clients across seven countries. The company is part of the Naspers Group, with branches in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Fabio later worked at Genter as a Commercial Manager, responsible for the company's commercial performance and team. Fabio also led projects for the development and commercialization of products supported by applied artificial intelligence in human resources.

In 2017, Fabio joined IES - International Evaluation System as part of the Business Development team. Fabio'srole included marketing automation, lead generation, managing client and prospect relationships, and expanding the platform internationally to countries such as the USA, Canada, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile, Germany, and Russia.

In 2020, Fabio served as the Strategist Director at DRIVEN.CX before transitioning to the role of Business Development Director for the Iberia Region. In 2023, they joined ASM Web Services in the same position, continuing their work in business development for the Iberia Region.

Fabio Dutra pursued their education in a chronological order. In 1999, they completed a specialization in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Starting from 1998, they attended Universidade São Marcos and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2001. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Fabio pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Lastly, between 2007 and 2009, Fabio pursued a Master's degree in International Commerce, International Economics, and Business Internationalization at Universitat de Barcelona.
