Matthias Muehlbauer

Matthias Muehlbauer is a founding partner at OnePointFive, an organization focused on providing actionable climate solutions through advisory services and skill development. In addition to this role, Matthias serves as Acting COO for the Yale Fellowship Accelerator Program and holds positions as a startup mentor for various programs such as Plug and Play Tech Center and On Deck, fostering innovation in climate tech. With extensive experience in strategy and operations as well as impact investing, Matthias also advises startups in the Cleantech Open Northeast accelerator and acts as Executive Committee Chair for the Australia-Japan Youth Dialogue. An accomplished academic, Matthias has earned multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Advanced Management from Yale University and an MBA from Hitotsubashi University.
