William Thomas

William Thomas has worked in the customer service and operations sector since 1996. William began their career at Papa John's International as an Operating Partner/Franchisee and Operations Specialist from 1996 to 2002. William then moved to Team TSI where they held the role of Vice President Operations from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they returned to Papa John's International as the Director of Operations and held this position until 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Service at Drivosity, LLC.

William Thomas completed their Diploma at Eau Gallie High School in 1984. William then went on to receive an AA in Accounting/Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Finally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from Liberty University in 2018.
