Allen Schrumpf, PE has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. From 1992 to the present, they have been employed at DRMP, Inc. In their current role as Chief Engineer / Quality Control Manager, they are responsible for the development of Project Quality Control Plans for various government clients. Allen has also given presentations at FDOT Project Management Training and APWA conferences on setting up and running an effective Quality Control Program. Starting in 2002, Allen has also worked as an Instructor at the University of Florida's Technology Transfer Center. Allen teaches courses titled Advanced MOT and Advanced MOT Refresher, which are mandatory requirements for designing or working on the Florida State Highway system. Overall, Allen's work experience demonstrates their expertise in engineering, quality control, and training.
Allen Schrumpf, PE obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1972 to 1976. Allen has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Professional Engineer certifications from the North Carolina Board of Professional Engineers, the South Carolina Board of Engineers, and the Georgia Board of Professional Engineers in 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in 1989 and an FDOT Advanced Maintenance of Traffic certification in 2002.
