Scott Garth, PE, LEED AP has extensive work experience in engineering and design. Scott started their career at City of Tampa where they worked as an Engineering Co-Op, reviewing developer plans for compliance to city codes and assisting with various projects such as force main relocation and city co-generation facility. In 1994, they joined DRMP, Inc. where they currently serve as the Vice President & West Florida Office Leader. In this role, they lead the design and business development efforts for the Tampa office and holds certifications in PACP/MACP from NASSCO and LEED AP for Neighborhood Development. Additionally, they have worked at Florida Department of Transportation as a Drainage Engineer from 1999 to 2002.

Scott Garth, PE, LEED AP has a diverse education history. Scott started their academic journey in 1988 at Florida College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in 1990. Following this, they continued their education at the University of South Florida and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE). In 2000, they pursued further studies at the University of South Florida in Engineering/Industrial Management.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Scott Garth holds several certifications. Scott obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in June 1998. Furthermore, they became a LEED Accredited Professional for Neighborhood Development in September 2014, with the accreditation being granted by the US Green Building Council - Orange County. Additionally, Scott Garth holds a NASSCO PACP/MACP PIPE INSPECTOR certification from the National Association of Sewer Service Companies, although the specific details of when and where they obtained this certification are not provided.
