Matthew Decoste

Matthew DeCoste has a diverse work experience in the field of creative design and art direction. Matthew is currently working as a Creative Director at Droga5 since December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Creative Director at Havas from February 2021 to December 2021. Matthew also served as an Associate Creative Director, Art at Havas from August 2017 to February 2021.

Before joining Havas, Matthew worked as a Global Associate Design Director at IBM iX from October 2015 to August 2017. Matthew also held the position of Senior Art Director at Grey Worldwide from June 2011 to May 2015.

Matthew started their career as an Art Director at Havas Worldwide in February 2010 and worked there until June 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer/Art Director at Deutsch, Inc. from February 2007 to February 2010, where they collaborated with notable clients such as Anheuser-Busch InBev, Tylenol, PNC Bank, and Kodak.

Additionally, Matthew worked as a Freelance Designer at AKQA in 2006.

Matthew DeCoste attended Northeastern University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts & Design.
