Lic. Silvia Pinto

Lic. Silvia Pinto is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Responsable de RRHH at Droguería Kellerhoff since December 2020, Silvia focuses on recruitment, selection, and staff services coordination. As an independent consultant since April 2016, Silvia provides in-company training and HR advisory services to various organizations. Silvia also teaches as a Titular Professor of the Compensation Chair at IESERH. Previous roles include Senior Payroll Area at Crowe, HR Manager at Bronway Technology S.A., and HR Manager at Ribron Estructuras Tubulares, among others. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Human Resources Administration from Universidad del Salvador and a recent postgraduate study in Total Compensation at Universidad de Belgrano. Silvia also undertook training as an Organizational Coach in 2017 and holds a Technical Degree in Human Resources from IESERH.
