Marta Małkowska

Marta Małkowska has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Marta started their career at Droids On Roids in 2014 as a Scrum Master and later moved on to become the Head Of Delivery in July 2020. At Droids On Roids, they were responsible for project coordination, managing international projects, motivating team members, creating project documentation, and maintaining communication with clients. Prior to their time at Droids On Roids, Marta worked at Aduma starting in 2011. Marta held positions such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Specialist in Sales. In their role as a Project Manager, they were involved in designing and coordinating international projects, working with clients from different industries, and implementing projects using the Scrum methodology. Marta also gained experience in sales and customer relations during their time as a Sales Specialist at Aduma.

Marta Małkowska has a Magister (Mgr) degree in Stosunki międzynarodowe from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Marta also holds a certification in PSM1 from Scrum.org, obtained in 2017.
