Stuart Billingham

Stuart Billingham's work experience includes various roles within different companies. Stuart currently serves as the Head of EMEA Business Development at Droit since July 2021. Prior to that, they were an Investor at Dot Matrix Group Syndicate starting from June 2018.

From 2015 to 2020, Stuart worked at IHS Markit, where they held multiple positions, including Managing Director and Head of EMEA Sales - Operations, Risk, Regulatory & Compliance from March 2018 to August 2020, and Head of APAC Risk Reg & Compliance from January 2015 to February 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for product and sales in the APAC region, including P&L, sales, development, organization, and strategy. Before joining IHS Markit, Stuart worked at Markit from 2007 to 2014. Stuart held the position of Executive Director and Head of Sales, as well as Head of APAC MarkitSERV from July 2009 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for APAC processing, including P&L ownership, brand building, strategy, sales, product development, and support. Stuart also played a key role in building out the sales team in the Asia Pacific region. MarkitSERV provides trade processing and workflow solutions for OTC trading.

Stuart's earlier experience includes working as a Trader of FI Derivatives at Nomura Asset Management from 1997 to 2007, and as a Trader at the London Stock Exchange from 1994 to 1997.
