Adela Zafar

Adela Zafar has over 15 years of experience in the talent, human resources, and recruitment fields. In 2007, they began their career as an HR Manager at Mergermarket. Adela then moved to Timewise Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant in 2011. In 2012, they became the Talent Director at Fetch, an award-winning global mobile marketing agency. In 2016, they joined NAVBLUE, an Airbus company, as a Human Resources Business Partner. Adela then moved to Head of Global Talent Acquisition in 2018. Currently, they are the Director of Talent at DRONAMICS.

Adela Zafar completed a CIPD Diploma in HR Practice at Selhurst Consulting from 2013 to 2014.
