Atiesh Mishra began their career in 2005 as Manager Flight Services for the Essar Group. Atiesh then moved to Universal Weather and Aviation in 2009 as Manager General Aviation Terminal Mumbai. In 2010, Atiesh Mishra joined BJETS (Tata Group) as General Manager Flight Operations. Later that same year, they moved to Taj Air Ltd (Tata Group) as General Manager Flight Operations, where they were responsible for Flight Operations, Hangar Administration, Aircraft Management, Flight Dispatch and managing the Aircraft Charter business. In 2014, Atiesh Mishra was promoted to Director Operations -Taj Air Ltd Tata Group, where they were responsible for heading the aircraft charter business, operations management of company fleet of aircraft, developing strategies and policies, and providing support for development of new business for group companies. In 2016, they joined Ligare Aviation Ltd as Vice President Operations & Business development. In 2017, they moved to Bird ExecuJet Airport Services Pvt Ltd as Head Aircraft Management Services, responsible for developing new business vertical for Aircraft Management Services and supporting business development team for growth of FBO and MRO business. In 2018, Atiesh Mishra founded AJM Jet Mangement to provide bespoke consultancy services to international aviation companies for business development and market representation for India and Asia region. Atiesh also joined Boutsen Aviation SAM as Aircraft Sales Representative-Boutsen Aviation. In 2022, Atiesh Mishra joined DRONAMICS as Director Business Operations, South Asia.

Atiesh Mishra obtained their Commercial Pilots License from Lanseria Flight Center in Johannesburg South Africa in 2008. Atiesh also obtained a Station Ground Handling Management Certification from IATA Training in 2002. In 2015, they completed a General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow. In 2000, they completed a Flight Dispatchers Course from the Bombay Flying Club. In addition, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in 2017, from the International Civil Aviation Organization in 2010, and from the South Africa Civil Aviation Authority in 2008.
