Evelina Yarmit

Evelina Yarmit currently serves as Senior Commercial Counsel at Dropbox since January 2022, previously holding the position of Commercial Counsel. Prior experience includes work as a Technology Transactions Associate at Gunderson Dettmer and as an Intellectual Property Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where Evelina also interned as a Law Clerk. Earlier roles include Summer Consultant at Keystone Strategy, contributing to expert witness reports, Research Assistant at NYU School of Law supporting Professor Amy Adler, and Cantor Scholar at the Iris & B. Gerald Cantor Center for Visual Arts, where an exhibition on Roman Glass was curated. Evelina Yarmit earned a JD in Intellectual Property Law from New York University School of Law and a degree from Stanford University, where studies were completed in 2016.
