Allison Santello

Allison Santello has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Her career began at Acrex Inc as the Wholesale Director, followed by a Sales Manager role at DoubleTake in 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of Consignor Relations Manager at The RealReal, followed by an ASM role at Theory in 2015. In 2016, they became the Operations Manager at Fab Habitat and, most recently, in 2020 they were appointed Director of Membership Services and Head of Membership Services at Droplette. In their role at Droplette, they are pioneering technology that makes skin-care super-actives like collagen and retinol into incredibly fast-moving micro-drops that slide painlessly through the skin absorbing 20 times deeper than topical serums or creams. The Droplette system was named one of Popular Science’s 100 greatest inventions of 2021 and the founders have been named “Medical Marvels 2021” by Newsweek for “Pushing the technological boundaries of health care.”

Allison Santello attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2001, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising.
