Rathi Srinivas

Rathi Srinivas is the founder and CTO of Droplette. Rathi has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they worked on developing innovative hydrogel-based bioassays using microfluidic technologies. Rathi also has experience working in a start-up environment, having worked at Firefly Bioworks and Novopyxis. In July 2014, they were a finalist in Merck's Innovation Cup.

Rathi Srinivas has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rathi also has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Rathi Srinivas reports to Madhavi Gavini, CEO & Founder. A direct report to Rathi Srinivas is and Tim Vetter - VP, Software Engineering. They are on a team with Jennifer Ramcharan - Head of People Operations, Michael Nicholas - CMO, and Lucy McQuilken - CFO.
